I've been let down by dealers and other mechanics in the past. I finally have found someone I can trust with my Gti. Reliable, honest and great workmanship. I've been using Rainer as my go to now for the last 3 years and have never had any problems. Highly recommended!

it was great that Rainer did drop in soon after my initial contact to diagnose the problem, the car was running rough and there was also a warning light on the dashboard. Rainer found the problem was with the water pump and I also needed front break pads. We made an appointment for when he would come around to do the repairs and he gave me a quote of the cost. He was on time for the repair completed the work in the expected timeframe and came in under the quoted price, which was a pleasant surprise. Rainer specialises in German made cars and is enthusiastic and knowledgeable about his job, as well as friendly and on time. I will get him to service my Golf from now on.

This business does not answer the phone or return calls. I also tried email and text with no contact been made. I ended up giving up on this mechanic. So unprofessional.
