Was appreciative that they fit me in, but it’s not even been a week and 4 have snapped off. The undercoating isn’t correct and I’m pretty sure I had someone learning on me. now I have to pay again to get it redone elsewhere.

The girls are lovely and the prices are good.They're always happy to experiment with nail art suggestions. Love em.

This was a great experience.The ladies were lovely, my nails were well taken care of and the price was very reasonable.

So disappointed with this salon. My daughter bought me a voucher for a manicure (regular polish) which I used Sunday afternoon. By Monday afternoon the polish had started flaking. I returned to the empty salon today to find a girl on her phone. She wasn’t interested in reapplying any varnish saying they only guarantee shellac. She even phoned her manager who must have agreed with her. I find it unbelievable that even though the salon had no customers this was the response - so much for customer service, there is none. No wonder the shop was empty.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Firstly they are extremely slow and by the end of it you end up with nothing like you’d want. I’m extremely disappointed I can’t believe I paid $130 for my toes and acrylic refill. Absolute waste of money. The finish itself is so poor two pieces on the side have broken off already and I only left there half hour ago, not to mention the design on it is all over the place and blend into each other. The fact they advised as doing nail art is a joke. No one waste your time when you can go down the road and get better nails and better service!!

I had my acrylics done here last week and they are lovely, had some beautiful compliments about them. The only reason I have 4 stars is that I have arthritis in my fingers and the girl who did them didn't seem to understand that relaxing my hands is sometimes difficult and she seemed to be upset that I couldn't do it, I really have to concentrate to get them to relax. Also when she was shaping the nail the Dremel burned a bit and I pulled away, again she seems to be upset and told me it didn't burn. Maybe a bit more training to understand inflammatory conditions is needed, or maybe she was just having a bad day as we all do sometimes. They need to update their address as they're now located in Acland St. I've had my nails done here a few times and this was the worst experience as far as customer service and I haven't seen this girl there before..but the actual nails are beautiful. I would recommend them based in the quality of their work.

Worst nail salon experience I’ve ever had. I walked out with the wonkiest nails Iv’e ever seen, they look like they were done by a 5 year old. And the worst part was, when I tried to ask for them to be shaped a bit differently, the lady raised her voice and proceeded to yell at me, very aggressively. Never, ever go here. They are empty all the time for a reason!
