Gabi J Pilates
Gabi's pilates classes are great for all fitness and strength levels (including during pregnancy). Her teaching style is informative and easy-to-follow, and all exercises can be made harder or easier depending on how you feel on the day. Historically I haven't been a huge fan of pilates, but these classes have changed my view. Would definitely recommend!

My first intro to pilates was via the live stream classes at gjpilates.com.au. Great workout and simple to follow for a newbie.
