This can be a fun store to visit. It is usually well stocked with affordable products. Usually it is difficult to find help on the floor, but at the tellers the staff are friendly, even early on a Saturday morning. I think this store is better than the BigW in the center, but that is my opinion.

Went to the service desk to get a refund today pressed the button for service as there was no staff at the desk. 20 minutes late press it for the 3rd time still no one the queue now has 4 customers waiting.Very poor

I’m giving this Kmart a one star because I had one of the most rudest shopping experiences here today. And I’m hoping they will give the this particular staff member a lesson in customer service. So Today I needed to buy a dress to go to a funeral and the change room lady was so rude when I was leaving the changing rooms. I asked where I should hang the clothes I didn’t want to purchase and she just yelled at me to just hang them up!!! "I nearly didn’t buy the dress I was holding but I was desperate as the funeral is today and my original dress I had broke. So if that is her attitude to all paying customers I’m surprised people actually buy the things they try on there… Ellenbrook Kmart please give you change room lady who still wears a face mask a lesson in customer service or put her in the back where she won’t be dealing with paying customers before you loose more customers."

Guys be careful when you shop there. Properly check the item inside the packing it can be different . It happen with me and they denied refund even they checked the camera that i bought it a day before. Having a receipt etc but no refund . Manager was standing there for a min and doesn’t even bother to explain a thing .

I don't normally shop here but today was cruising around looking when I spotted the underwear departm,ent had good quality clothing. Brought some undies with the day of the week on the band.Novel and now I can remember what day of the week it is.Prices are good, products are very reasonable. Well worth a look.Only downside was, couldn't find any staff to assist. Didn't stop me from browsing though.I could recommend this establishment for some quality goods. It was a pleasant experience.
