The DC fans are fantastic. So quiet. There was a warranty issue with one of the fans and the process was quick and well managed.

Bought the new 'whisper quiet' Profile DC ceiling fan by Aero DC last year. I contacted Aero DC because it was making some noise. Customer service was amazing! Quick to reply and they organised the free warranty replacement of the fan and installation. Everything was just easy and so glad to have our fan whisper quiet and looking awesome again. Thanks Aero DC team! :)

One of our fans developed a squeaky motor after about 12 months. We were asked to send a video of the fan and to fill out a warranty form. We initially had problems uploading the video but the office was very helpful in sending us an alternate way to upload the video. It was then only about 2 weeks until we received a replacement motor and the AeroDC people arranged for an electrician to contact us to replace the motor just days later. This was very impressive, especially as it was over the Christmas holiday period and we live in regional WA. We're really impressed with the fans, the helpful office staff and the speedy response by AeroDC's warranty people.

Their customer service is unbelievably good. Due to some issues in their fans they sent their electrician two times to my place. In the end when the issue couldn’t be rectified they approved for me to select different model fans of any brand of my choice from my retailer. More importantly, once again they sent their technician to install the new fans and take away their faulty fans.After a few days I find out the the remote for an outdoor AeroDC fan was missing and I contacted the retailer and he said I will have to pay $85. I reached out to AeroD customer service and they were happy to ship a replacement remote to my address free of cost.If I have to buy a fan again I will go for another AeroDC if possible.

Beautiful fans but one just didn’t consistently connect with the hardwiring in one bedroom. AeroDC Warranty Team were extremely helpful and responsive, swapping out the fan several times until eventually we all decided to change product. They happily installed this including the one that was working fine, to ensure aesthetic consistency. Great customer service!

Great warranty service. Identified likely issue from on-line application. Ordered parts, once they arrived at my place, the tradesman followed and my issued was fixed. Reliable, prompt and efficient. I would highly recommend them.

Of 8 fans, I have had 4 fail — and I am concerned about the other 4 as they are in a different family residence and are rarely turned on. In each case, the bluetooth receiver failed — 2 failures occurred within the 3-year warranty period and 2 outside (although only 3 yrs 2 mths after installation). AeroDC arranged warranty replacement for 2 and sent us, free of charge, replacement receivers for the other 2, which was very helpful. However, we have been told that there will be no other free replacements. It puzzles me that the warranty is so short for a ceiling fan that is rarely used. I would have thought that a fit-for-purpose ceiling fan should be expected to last considerably more than 3 years. I can only assume that, unfortunately, the fans I bought were part of a batch that had dodgy electronics.

We love the look and operation of our Cloudfans. AeroDC offers great warranty service, prompt and efficient. However, had we been aware of the issues with the LED lights flickering, probably would have gone with a different choice. We had 5 fans w lights installed. At installation, we had an issue with one of the remote and control units not working. This was quickly resolved through our retailer though somewhat of an inconvenience. Not long after, when we had the lights on, we’d notice that they would flicker. Contacted AeroDC and have quickly had the control units replaced on all 5 fans. Did this fix the issue? Not really. The flickering still continues, we are just learning to ignore it.

We bought two of the Storm $360 DC fans in 2021. The first one gave trouble quite quickly and was replaced by AeroDC with no problems – the replacement is working fine.The second fan started to give trouble recently and again AeroDC (now Calibo) have organised and conducted a replacement extremely quickly and efficiently even though we are in Rural Far North Queensland. The replacement fan is excellent.I fully commend their service.
