So tranquil & peaceful, great place to spend time with the family, wether it be just relaxing or getting out on the river doing water sports, or going for a walk enjoying the wildlife & scenery.

Looks like the area has wonderful potential to be a great marina style community.Unfortunately the flooding river had inundated most of the area. Flood mitigation may be needed if the river has regular high flow events.
