Unprofessional, unethical, and illegal. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Received invoice on 21 Feb 8pm. Payment terms on invoice is 5 business days. Today is 23 Feb, 10:30am, and they have threatened a late payment fee after 7 communication attempts by the business. Unjustified pressure to pay. Not recommended.

Moving overseas clean, what a great team with highly experienced. We have two pets that are energetic & friendly, but they shed constantly we were pleased with the attention to detail that the starworld cleaning team had as they cleaned our house. They were friendly and efficient. The team made our house cleaner than it was when we moved in! Excellent and easy to communicate. We were recommended Starworld for an end of lease cleaning.We communicated what needed to be done as per real estate agents expectation which they agreed to do they then quoted the price and highlighted they would be cleaning windows inside and outside and spot cleaning walls.Upon inspection post cleaning we were dissapointed to find that the bare minimum had been done despite the cleaner claiming he was in our small 1 bedroom apartment for four hours.Windows were untouched inside and outside, the walls were not spot cleaned and overall it looked like a rushed job and poor workmanship. The only thing notably cleaned in our apartment was the carpet.To add to an already unpleasant service we were than harassed for payment despite the company's invoice stating payment must be made within 5 business days.My partner received 7 messages over 48 hours for payment of a subpar job - the reason we held off is because we were awaiting a response from our previous real estate agent who also agreed it wasn't up to scratch.We paid as soon as we got the all clear. That being said I wasn't impressed with the service nor the harassment that followed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

We have used them for my move out cleaning, they are very good at communication and everything went smoothly. I also get my full bond back as they promised. Highly recommend them.

I cannot speak more highly of Dipak, Mike and the team at Starworld Cleaning. My husband is in real estate and has a variety of cleaning contacts but when he started to work with them decided there was nowhere else he would refer business. Since then, we have engaged them to clean our home and more recently, the owners corporation I sit on for my investment property has also engaged them for the 150 lot block. They are always professional, polite, prompt and everything is left looking immaculate. I cannot thank them enough for what they do!

Dipak and Mike team were awesome from the booking very professional team we had double booking but dipak solve the problem in one call we got the full bond back and agent was very happy with the cleaning and there detail eye.Highly recommend

I am extremely happy with the service I got from Starworld cleaning. I got my bond back and my real estate agent was very happy with the condition of the house. Dipak is very skilled and professional. He took enough time and did a thorough cleaning including the steam cleaning.1

Was recommended to use this company as an end of lease clean by my real estate agent in Richmond. Created the booking and they ended up being 2.5hrs late to the address with little to no excuse and no prior warning, they overcharge by a ridiculous amount, they have very clearly made false reviews on Google. I would not use this company if you get recommended them.

We have been using starworld cleaners for about two years at our office in Cremorne. They generally are ok but there has been a few instances where I wasn’t in the office when they were there to clean and they have slacked off. Leaving rubbish by the door, leaving coffee pods in the coffee machine, not wiping down all surfaces/tidying up. We have now cancelled our agreement with them.Please take more care in your work and staff!
