Customer satisfaction is TERRIBLE do not buy from here. Not worth the hassle. The product they advertise is not what you will receive. They do not take care of issues and will not reply back to you. VERY disappointed all around. Their warranty is is fake, there is no warranty and they will ignore your calls and emails. You are quite literally throwing your money down the sink.

5/3 update: I am increasing my review to two stars because the company did end up refunding my money. However, they did not reach out until after I disputed with my credit card. I am still extremely disappointed. I think you should not have a ready to ship section on your website if it is not ready to ship. I am still out the cost of the custom faucet (5.1) to fit this sink I could not get in time. Oh and the $20 in international calls that were never answered or returned.I ordered a sink from the "Ready to Ship" line. Communication prior to me placing the order was quick and questions answered. Once my order was placed

Agree with previous post about poor customer service. Ordered samples over 4 weeks ago. Followed up with email. No response. Followed up with phone message. No response. Can't blame delivery issues for that. I've only lost $45 but won't risk losing more. Going elsewhere.

Customer service is terrible. I ordered swatches and after a week and a half I contacted them. They wanted me to wait till the end of 2 weeks, still did not arrive. Contacted again, said they would send a new set of swatches. They never arrived. I reached back out after 2 weeks letting them know and they never replied to my email. This does not give me confidence to order a sink from them even though their product looks beautiful. Without good customer service you are nothing in this global economy.

What a great experience we have had with Nood & in particular, from Bisa. We ordered basins for our accessible bathrooms. There was a small mix up with the ones ordered & ones supplied. Contacting the Nood team, Bisa was immediately onto rectifying the situation. Often returns can be a nightmare with anyone but Bisa assured this was far from the case. We couldn't be happier with our purchase & would highly recommend purchasing from the Nood team. You won't be disappointed.

Amazing customer service. A replacement bowl was sent when needed with zero fuss and a genuine interest in any feedback on improving their product. Will definitely specify Nood Co products again without hesitation.
