I bought a large 3 door shaving cabinet made by ADP and it is wonderful. It is excellent quality. My installer was very impressed as it was so sturdy and very well made. They have even designed the 3 door cabinet to open so that I can see the back of my hair and it has a magnifying mirror inside for make up. They have thought of everything. Would confidently recommend their products.

Have been ADP’s retailer for the last 7 years, great company to work with, awesome product ranges, premium Australian made vanities, top customer services (especially with our VIC sales reps Todd & Ross). You know you are in good hands when you choosing ADP.

Purchased the Mayfair Vanity from ADP including the optional drawers.If you think spending a bit more will give you premium quality, don't waste your money. You'll get the same like in Ikea, worse actually, with a very poor after sale service on top of it. The optional drawers I purchased with the unit are priced at $300 and so poorly designed and wobbly, that one must be concerned it falls apart when lifting it. If you install the drawers in the unit it leaves visible gaps all around where dust and dirt will collect with no way of cleaning it.Improvement suggestions are being ignored, design problems not acknowledged.Think you can return it like in other furniture shops, not an option with ADP. Guess every sale counts when you can't produce a quality product or at least have a decent price for the quality you produce.Will not purchase an ADP product again.

I only gave this one star because it is not possible to give none. We would strongly discourage anyone from dealing with this company. We are not happy with the product, which was very expensive, but more unhappy with the smug and vindictive response of the representative. We had a vanity custom built by ADP and the self-closing drawers - narrow but relatively deep - were very stiff and difficult to open by people of a range of ages, including young men. The design of the lip of the drawer does not allow for fingers of any size to get a reasonable grip. After sending requested videos of several people opening the drawers, the representative came to see his product on site and denied that there was any problem, telling us we should have tried the drawers on display. Reece Bathrooms, who recommended ADP strongly, negotiated that we would be provided with a model drawer to see if handles made a difference. After delayed responses to a number of emails,, the same representative arrived with a handle attached to a non matching drawer front, and attached it. This did improve the function sufficiently. He then removed the model drawer, said he would provide the six handles required but would not attach them, and that his decision was “non-negotiable”, despite being there in our bathroom with the appropriate tools and the six handles. His claim was that he would not be legally responsible if something went wrong, despite saying in the next sentence that “any tradesman worth his salt” could attach them. We said we would happily sign a disclaimer, but he refused - we can see no reason for his refusal apart from apparently wanting to “win” the argument.We would have been happy to provide a more positive review if he had simply attached the handles as the problem would have been solved but he obviously has no interest in customer satisfaction. He is taking great advantage of the fact that all money has to be paid before installation, and problems often only emerge afterwards. His lack of personal integrity and spiteful response are more disappointing than the difficult-to-open drawers.

After shopping around for products for our recent master bathroom renovation, we decided on the London Vanity, basin and shaving cabinet from ADP. The auto light inside the vanity draws are brilliant and the power points in the shaving cabinet so clever! We get so many positive comments from family and friends on how beautiful our new bathroom is. I would have no hesitation in recommending ADP products and service.

Complete bathroom renovation and everything from ADP is perfect. The construction of our Ashley vanities are fantastic and our builder didn't even grumble when installing it. The auto light inside the drawer is a perfect night light for our littlest to find his way too. We partially inset our matching shaving cabinets to allow for above counter basin and tall tap and it is always tidy with everything hidden and a nice display on the shelf. We added the ADP light on top and got the switch put on the side of the vanity which is super handy. The bamboo benchtop looks new after almost 12 months and family of boys dropping tooth[paste everyday. We got our basins at same time and matched with JamieJ tapwhare thoughout . Am obsesed wiht the pinstripe pannelling. Customer service was 5star throughout. Design inspo was Japanese snowline onsen X Scandi Woods

I'm really happy with quality and after-sale service of ADP. I purchased our 1800mm vanity from ADP through Harvey Norman, there was slight difference between left and right draw size. Took a photo and sent to them. I did not expect much as there was only slightly difference. Rodger from ADP came last Friday and replaced both draws. I really appreciate Roger's good work and ADP's super after-sale service.

Cannot speak highly enough of the quality/workmanship provided by the Architectural Designer Products team. As builders, we purchase numerous and varied styles of vanities from ADP and we have never been let down. ADP continually add new styles of vanities to choose from, whilst keeping their traditional/best selling styles available. We have purchased baths, shaving cabinets and vanities from ADP and all are top quality. Would thoroughly recommend this company if you are looking to make your bathroom stand out.
