Hungry Jack's Burgers Eaton
Arrived there at 10:30am and there were very few people there. The young staff were running around trying to help everyone. The floor manager was useless and very rude to his staff. Barking orders and demanding things that were just out of his reach. The young staff were serving his ego more than the customers and getting behind because of it. Sack that rubbish manager and get someone better in.Also, we ended up waiting at the counter for 10minutes before walking out and going to Mac Donald’s.

Food occasionally stale. You usually have to wait a long time in the waiting bay. They often forget to include items you paid for. Ask for a receipt and eat in your car if you go through the drive-thru so you can return the food that is stale and to ask for the items they withheld.

Usually have no problem with this store. Went in drive through ordering a caramel Sunday with extra sauce. But I pretty much got caramel sauce with a side of icecream. The service interaction seemed spiteful, unbothered and irritable. Nearly 3 quatres of the icream was caramel sauce!

Clearly bored whilst writing this in their drive thru only made it to the pay window (1st window) after taking my order and been waiting 45 mins legit only 1 car infront..... better be the freshest burger and fries I've ever tasted.

We were on holidays. I took my grandboys for a treat. Only to wait at the counter with absolutely no acknowledgement I was there, while people where using that order machine or apps. I am vision impared and waited till a lovely customer seen I was getting annoyed. She actually asked if she could do my order. Once the order was ready the manager was rude and made no eye contact. While you think these machines are great, a lot of us older people find them difficult to use. Especially if you cannot see.

Sorry guys but this was not good. I ordered the Roadhouse Wopper and got a hard dry bun with a little bit of wilted lettuce, I added some mayo but was still unable to eat the burger. My husband got the ultimate double whopper and as always it was excellent. Lesson learned may just stick with the usual whopper with cheese.

Worst customer serve I have ever had and always seems to be at Eaton Hungary jacks. Not only were they totally disrespectful they were playing around in the kitchen and the young lady manager was even joining in. They gave me soggy chips after making my partner and I. Wait 15minutes and soggy onion rings that were extremely over salted

Terrible service. Placed the order and paid.. Sat waiting at the next window for our order for 5 minutes to then be asked to park in the waiting bay.. no apology nothing.Sat in waiting bay for a further 5 minutes . Keeping in mind the order wa a breaky burger and a toasted sandwich.Food was cold and again and NO apology for the delay. Will not be back!!!! One of the worst HJ stores.

I just went through the drive thru and the girl at first tried to charge us for someone else's order. We were told to wait in the waiting bay. After a while we realised our order wasn't coming so I went inside. A young girl called Julie helped me and fixed my order for me. While waiting she was back and forth filling orders while everyone else stumbled around or basically worked in slow motion. Julie holds this Hungry Jack's together. If it wasn't for this young girl I would've walked out never to return. So good to see!

i got my drinks in drive thru then got asked to park in waiting bay after about 10 minutes of waiting a lady walked up with my food and i asked if she put straws in the bag as i hadn’t got any and she just said no and walked off. then i realised i had the wrong burger which was also stale so i called them and the manager just answered with “hello” and was very rude yelling at staff over the phone and just kept saying “so what’s the problem” to me after that i went back and got the correct burger that was also stale and then had to remind them about the chips which were also so salty i couldn’t eat
