A big thank to Leo who helped me during the inspection and contract negotiation process for an office that I was looking to lo. Unfortunately the contract didn't fall through but I really appreciate that he went the extra miles to help me and always remained very professional and patient.

I have recently used Ayers RE in relation to the purchase and rental of a commercial property. Everything went like clockwork. All the staff were professional and helpful. I would use again.

These guys are sooo vague and uncertain, I wouldn’t trust them to manage a dog kennel. Hopeless both working for the owner and the tenants. They couldn’t find anybody for a friends suite for over 6 months.As property management for the tenants who pay the actual management fees, their written communication is as if it was written by the high command of the Third Reich. Just see how many of the properties they manage are vacant around Wangara Landsdale and Malaga.

Graeme Appleton assisted me with the purchase of a small factory unit in Gnangara. Very helpful & knowledgeable. Suzie was on top of the admin after the offer was accepted. Good job guys.

Avoid Ayers real estate at all cost! Toni is our contact. It has been extremely stressful to deal with her. We leased a small commercial property and is taking 2 months to be finished with it! Ayers keep charging us even though I have met obligations and they keep bringing up new issues; and not listening. They are taking advantage of us because we are in Melbourne and can't see them in person. Warning to anyone; they charge for inspecting, for invoices that are queried - incredibly bad and frustrating communication! We tried to do the right thing and now we can't escape them! Looks like they will make me fly from my family in Melbourne to resolve - miserable people!

I thought I would jump on and give credit where credit is due. I spent time with Robert Zeiser last week, and with all my commercial real estate dealings nation wide, he stood out as by far the most knowledgeable and most accommodating professional I have ever worked with. Nothing was too hard, and he was available to give honest and frank feedback on local conditions without the usual Real Estate BS! Thank you Robert.
