After sending my Pc hear to be repaired they were unable to do so, They then bought PC parts without my recommendation and charged me a ridiculous amount for 5 year old parts. my fans were not attached properly I've had to reconnect thing by myself. Rude manager, Avoid

When returning my call, they called from a different number, did not introduce themselves and then they asked where I was from and told me to find somewhere closer, as if I can't choose to drive 20 minutes. Very unprofessional.EDIT:I never said you didn't call back immediately, but I stand by my statement that you did not introduce yourself.I have had my laptop repaired by you before, which is why I called. It should not be your decision where I take my laptop to be fixed.The fact is, from the start of the call you were rude, showed no interest in my issue and then asked where I lived. Where I live has no effect on my laptop, you were looking for a reason to brush me off. You also didn't recommend I went somewhere else, you TOLD me to go somewhere else.You were rude and this attempt to discredit my review just shows an inability to accept and learn from your mistakes.I would give you 0/5 stars if it were possible.
