Beverley Hardman served me today. I have dealt with Beverley previously. I bought sink and tap, range, cooktop, oven and dishwasher. Beverley was amazing. She is professional, courteous and friendly. Beverley has great product knowledge, tips and suggestions. This amazing customer service needs to be acknowledged. Well done Beverley

A thank you to Manager Tony, for sorting out an issue we had with a dishwasher purchased in 2021 which had failed with the same fault 4 times. Tony was most helpful and took the time (a significant amount) to take down all the details and refer the issue directly to the manufacturer. Tony ensured other managers were aware of the issue as he was on leave for a week and the outcome was very successful. Thank you, Tony for excellent customer service.

As I am in the market for microwave, fridge and washing machine for a new build, I naturally want to get the best price and product for my budget. I should have known better than to visit the Good Guys. This was my fourth visit in the last 18 months or so. On the previous three visits, I was never acknowledged or offered service. In fact on visit number two a staff member walked past me and offered service to the customer a couple of metres behind me. On this occasion a staff member walked past me and did the same thing again. I spent some time in the microwave section and was even measuring the ones on offer to make sure my microwave space could accommodate them. I went to JB Hifi and was offered service within 15 seconds and again in that section. I bought there and got a small discount and shall not return to the Good Guys when I’m ready to purchase my fridge/washing machine in a couple of weeks.What your members of staff are not aware of is that I am not only the General Manager of a major high-end furniture retailer on a temporary contact but have my own retail management consultancy business. My skills - customer service and growing sales. The Good Guys get a fail on each count here. I am slightly concerned that I may not have been approached on the assumption I was gay. I sincerely hope not. I was smartly but casually dressed on every occasion. I regret raising that as an option, but find it odd that I can be in a store for around ten minutes, giving buying signals by measuring or recording prices, yet being completely ignored on four separate occasions when the store was not busy.

We recently purchased a smeg oven from Beverley. We went in with an idea of what we wanted but after discussing all options and what suited our budget/lifestyle, ended up with something completely different, something far past our expectations and are thrilled. I have never experienced such informative and helpful customer service prior to meeting Beverley. She answered all of our questions in great detail, was patient and understanding. If you're looking at buying an oven, definitely speak with Beverley at Good Guys first!

Purchased a load of new items for our new home and the Sales Manager Krystal was the most helpful person. Attentive to our needs, caring and empathetic, extremely charismatic and helpful and we would definitely shop there again. She set a bar of customer service all stores should be meeting.

Nonexistent customer service, was in the store for 30 minutes waiting to be served and was not acknowledged by a single salesperson. Salespeople then served others who we were there for less time and were served before us. Went to Harvey Norman Aspley and was served immediately.Won't waste our time at Good Guys again.

I’ve never left a good guys location feeling the way I do today. Poor customer service. Not interested in helping when looking at a mid range mobiles. Found associates standing in the middle of the store chatting and had to ask for help again. They were suddenly more helpful when I was wanting to purchase an $1800 phone. When checking out you could tell the lady serving did not want to be there and made it seem like an inconvenience when I had to ask for a bag for my purchases. Avoid this location. The North Lakes location is much more friendlier.
