The team at Rouse Hill are so welcoming and highly talented at keeping all your clothes, leather goods and linen/towels looking amazing! I’ve been using Turbo Turtle for the past 4 years and could never fault them! Thankyou for looking after me and my possessions!

I am extremely disappointed with both the quality of their service and our items returned to us.We had a quilt and an expensive shirt with them to get drycleaned.I picked up the shirt on Thursday and went to wear it Friday and found the shirt had substantially shrunk, to the point I can no longer wear it. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to call but no answer. Then went into the store and spoke to “Pete” who justified they had “followed the manufacturers instructions”. Then he went on to say it wasn’t his fault, however I had washed it the previous week with no issues and didn’t shrink. He told me to go back to the manafacturer which I did who told me that it is due to the fact it was tumble tried which you can’t do with these shirts. Ended up having to get another shirt.Also our quilt was returned to us with issues and is not right after we picked it up.I would not recommend this business to anyone as they are happy to take your money but not fix issues when they arise. Just justify there stance.If they had even offered any solution to rectify the situation we would have been back but not now.

dropped my wedding gown for dry clean and preservation 3 months ago which costed me $450, and I haven't heard anything from them since. Definitely my last visit at this place.

Not the best customer service. Used them for same day service and was told that they will text once garments are ready. We didn’t hear back and had to call to find out that the clothes were ready. Do not rely on them to contact you. They did not even offer an apology when brought to their attention.

Decent. They do the job quickly the team are helpful. My spouse and I usually get our office clothes dry-cleaned from here.I wouldn’t recommend dry cleaning your more expensive items here as I dropped a really nice coat off and although most of the dirt was removed, it left my coat looking more worn even though I take very good care of it.

The service at Rouse Hill Turbo Turtle is next to none! I can always trust their wonderful team to go above and beyond with any item of clothing, handled with the utmost care and I always leave with a smile on my face. I could not recommend them more, you will not be disappointed!

Did a mistake of not reading the previous google reviews and using this dry cleaner. They are over priced and offer very poor service in return. To offset their high price, they offer 20% discount+1 suit cover if you pay $15 extra for their lifetime membership. I took the membership and used them for 2 expensive business suits and new tie dry cleaning recently. But to my surprise, they destroyed the tie with big blue color faded marks and tore the fabric at few places. When I showed it to manager Peter, he got rude & defensive and told me that tie (it’s a new tie, only few months old) fabric tear is quite common when a person wears it on the neck and dye/ color fade is also not their fault. They just simply washed it in machine. I told him that I showed you all goods before giving for drycleaning and they inspected them thoroughly as well. All my clothes are quite new and there was no such fault with them but instead of owning his fault, he asked me to approach the tie brand company (CANALI) to get some answers. With no choice at hand, I left the store and will never use them again. BTW did not get the free coat zip cover he showed me upon membership signup. As per them, that was the old stock, and they don’t give that anymore. I wish, should have read the previous comments and did not visit this drycleaner. Very frustrating experience and a complete waste of time and money.

One of the staff member put down a completely wrong phone number and when they found it again after few months, I went back to pick them up and they told me that they have no idea about it… this place is not trustworthy for me.

I gave my black raincoat for dry cleaning because of mild sweat smell. But unfortunately when I got it back the smell and little stain were still there seems that they didn’t do anything on it, instead the black color was faded and there were some brown patches on my expensive coat!!! So disappointed specially when I took it back to them and they just said it is normal wear and tear!!! NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL, the poorest service that you can see from a business.

What an absolute disgrace this company is. They have destroyed my brand new camilla shorts, the black dye has run through the shorts leaving blue stains. The shorts clearly have labled spot dry clean in hydro carbon only!!!! They have clearly been washed and soaked for the dye to have run. Ontop of this they advised me to bring them back but made no actions on fixing the problem to have then received them back in an unprofessional state being scrunched up into a plastic bag. The owner is an arrogant liar. He lied and blamed the issue on myself not wanting to deal with the problem he has caused. I strongly advise no one take your designer garments or any clothing at all in fact as this company have no idea how to read instructions on washing a garment. 0 rating!!!!! stay away
