The Garden Pod is a new creative outdoor space in Southport that is absolutely beautiful and amazing! It is a specialty shop for plants .. especially cactus! You can also purchase beautiful gifts such as candles, finely crafted jewellery, and home wear. Lara the owner is so knowledgeable and helpful.. you will love this experience and new shop.

I rang Plant People this morning to ask if they had any potting mix suitable for my pot plants. I needed this urgently and said I would take a taxi there if they had any. I told Lara I couldn't drive due to some medical issues. They didn't have any potting mix, but Lara offered to mix a few things and make some up for me. Going over and beyond her normal work, Lara delivered it to our residence in Southport, so I didn't have to take a taxi. We were so appreciative of this gesture and the excellent service! I have no hesitation in recommending Plant People to everyone.

A new hidden gem on the Gold Coast, a lovely plant shop with a wide variety of plants (even rare ones), cactuses, pots and more. Their price is very reasonable and the shop owner is super nice. I bought a plant and a cute planter, she provided valuable advice how to care for it. I’ll sure come again.

Great place, great people and great customer service.Lara knows a lot about plants and is always keen to help with advice. The shop has beautiful healthy plants, quality pots and great plant accessories.This is the place to go if you want beautiful potted cactus as well.I highly recommend this shop.

The prettiest place in Chirn Park! I love the wide range of local products and plants. We also did the Cactus and Cocktail afternoon and was so much fun! Highly recommend The Garden Pod and always good to know we are supporting our local small businesses.

My husband and I decided to drop in today on our way past- soo glad we did. What a hidden treasure! Love that its here on the northern GC, not down south. I learnt a lot from Lara about plant care and will definitely be back soon.
