Dr Preet was amazing with my daughter he took his time to make her feel comfortable, as she was really sick and scared. I took my daughter to 2 different doctors before finding Dr Preet who was the only one who actually listened to me and believed something was wrong and diagnosed her straight away.

Doctor Preet Grewal would have been happy to take my consult money and literally have done no investigation into my symptoms. Didn’t want to give me a referral to get a PCR despite having contact with a positive case and being symptomatic. I asked about flu testing and he didn’t see the point in that either. As he was moving to see me off I asked him if he should listen to my chest first and he asked me if I had been coughing? I had literally coughed until being puffed out three times in his room, so far. I suggest finding a doctor that will listen to you and investigate your symptoms before spending money with this doctor.

I am a patient and attend the Epsom clinic. I walked in off the street on Saturday hoping to see a doctor as I knew I had an UTI, I was seen within 5 minutes by Dr Katie Snow and she was fantastic. Fantastic clinic, have been going there 40+ years and my doctor is Stuart Snow, I highly recommend Katie Snow.

We could not recommend Bendigo medical center highly enough! All the staff here- Drs Nurse ms and reception in staff are always so incredibly helpful, kind and understanding! Our family see Dr Katie Snow who has been nothing short of amazing for our entire family. She is very thorough and passionate to ensure the best outcome for us and all her patients whilst maintaining a high level of knowledge, skills and compassion. Thank so very much!

Awful experience here… “Dr” didn’t bother to view my information or examine me before prescribing the WRONG medication. He didn’t listen to me or consider anything I said about my situation then stung me $120 for the privilege despite their bulk billing policy for patients with disability concessions. Disgusted with their service and overall attitude toward people who seek basic help from a doctor. Also anyone calling themselves a doctor should NOT take their smoking breaks in the car park in front of patients if they wish to be taken seriously. .

Very quick and professional service. It would have been better if the nurse and the person who did the photo had introduced themselves.

The place is very welcoming as well as the staffs. From the receptionist down to the doctor, they are so nice, friendly and helpful until we finished with all our procedures. Highly recommended!
