Had a wonderful time. The service was friendly and professional. And we were so relaxed after our baths and massages. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a bit of relaxation.

I was gifted a day spa package. I loved the whole day from the sanctuary to the bathhouse, tassting platter to the spa treatment. I opted for the 60 min massage, kathleen was so good at what she does i left so relaxed. The only gripe i would have is that i was supose to receive a free gift which i didn't receive.UpdateThank you for your response. i received a lovely gift today. It was beautiful. From the moment we arrived, it was a disappointment. The service was very poor and the lady had no idea and expected us to ask where everything was. She took our name and just told us to go downstairs with no further guidance. When arriving downstairs, no one greeted us and we had to find someone to ask where to go. We were then shown the pool which we were told was “hot” but upon entering it was lukewarm and the “spa” was colder than the actual pool. Was a massive let down considering I could have gone to a local pool and had the same experience. We then paid extra for the “Devonshire tea” with was coffee/ tea and scones. Again no one informed us where to go, we had to ask and got very little directions. The place was seperate from the spa and once arriving we were very underwhelmed by the cold, silent, empty, dirty hall. We understand it is a historic building but it could have been cleaned, some music and more of an atmosphere. Overall this experience was very underwhelming and disappointing and I wouldn’t bother wasting my time and money again.

We used two different experiences. A male facial and the mud mineral bath. Both were fantastic. Relaxing. Staff were lovely, friendly and accommodating. Not pushy. Didn't try to sell anything. Let us enjoy the time there and experience. We were relaxed and felt great after both experiences.We also stayed at the Escape Villas for two nights. Beautiful self-contained one bedroom villa with great view, fire place, cooktop, bath tub. Private car spot. Purchased food locally to sit on balcony and enjoy with wine. Couldn't have asked for a better private escape to relax and switch off for a couple of days. Will definitely be going back.

Absolutely love visiting Hepburn Bathhouse & Spa - it is my 100% favourite in the Daylesford area! It’s a beautiful heritage site and never been here in autumn but wow! Absolutely stunning. Definitely do the mineral bathing and get a massage - I always have a great one here. Perfect for self care and pampering weekend away

It's a nice place but extremely overpriced at $55 for the basic entry.The basic package only covers entrance to two pools, one is a regular long pool and the other, smaller one, has water jets.The windows are not clean, which I appreciate is hard to maintain but you'd hope at least some of the admission price goes towards cleaning them. This means that when you sit in the main pool you can't see outside very well.There is a small area where you can lay down in shallow water, as part of the main pool. As you lay and look up, you can see the mold on the rough looking ceiling, so that takes away from the experience too. A nice mural would go a long way, not to mention cover the mold...

My 6 year old son and I can here for a birthday treat. We did a private mud bath together and was perfect. Was a pretty fun activity to do with a kid and he was pretty sad to be leaving once it was over.The facilities are very clean, and modern. The service could have been a little higher notch given the price, but there was nothing to complain about. Will certainly come back
