Have had my tax done with Liz and the team for years now and always have a great experience!

I have had Jakins as my plan manager for about 12 months,and their service has been above & beyond.All their staff are extremely helpful & courteous to my needs and very helpful with my dealing with NDIS,,,,,very special mention to Beth with her help with my current dealings with NDIS...............

NDIS related: I often get my invoices mixed up and Jakins are the only accountants that catch my mistakes and email me back quickly to fix them to make sure invoices are paid and processed correctly. Highly professional and easy to work with. I recommend them to anyone in Toowoomba.

Exceptional is the word that comes to mind. I am really impressed with Jakins and the team. They put a very human face to their business. They need to follow certain criteria with the NDIS as do all plan managers however I have found their advice and knowledge exceptional. They have changed their accounting model to a very easy to understand monthly system for Plan Management. I love it, so easy to understand. My interactions over the past 2 years with all the staff I have had the pleasure to meet and or talk to over the phone thave been courteous and driven to help. Even when I am in the wrong!!!! I don’t usually do reviews and I don’t use these words lightly. I believe they are on the ball, and they are local which puts the icing on the cake. I chose Jakins accounting to do my son plan management as NDIS recommended them. I had the worst experience with Kathryn, as my son’s plan manager. She does not communicate at all and does not process or finalise invoices in a timely manner. I had to wait weeks for an invoice to be finalised by her and did not receive any explanation when there was an issue with finalising. She totally ignored my email and the text message I sent her. I terminated my contract with them last week and they replied to my email as soon as they received the termination notice. I do not RECOMMEND them at all!

Been with them for a while amazing service

100% have absolutely no idea what is going on. We sent and invoice in regards to them managing a clients ndis funding. Resent as it hasnt been paid and now that it's 6 months later they can't pay. As the client is using someone else. Took 2 to 3 weeks for them to contact us. Definitely wouldn't be using them to run a chook raffle let alone my tax affairs.
