Rang & spoke to Bill, who was very helpful. He ordered the part & said it would be available at 11am the next day. The customer service was awesome & they fitted my tail gate struts in a couple of minutes FREE OF CHARGE. Definitely the place to go for all your car parts. Thanks guy.

Bought a pair of brake disks for my prado 120 from these boys can’t recommend them enough they have stock are really helpful and quick better than auto barn and super cheap

Unless Bill answers the phone- i get anxiety at Odins. Frank needs to understand that he comes across as impatient, angry and patronizing.Odins have access to parts that few other places do, but i will stop buying from them because it gives me anxiety dealing with some of their sales staff.

Customer service at its best!!!I was recently looking for replacement indicator switch for my old Mitsubishi. Instead of selling me the new one for $$$$$, he(I think his name was Matt) got my old switch and fixed it… there and then… free of charge!!!Awesome work guys, keep it up!!!

Not to impressed with the phone customer service. I have bought parts from Odin in the past and was very happy with the service, but that was when I actually came into the shop. This is the first time I have phoned, I need a new radiator as I cannot source an OEM one. So I have to buy an aftermarket one and I am doing the research as this is a very important part for a diesel engine. First I was put on hold for a long time, but that was fine as I realised they were very busy. After speaking to the sales consultant and asking some simply questions about why one radiator is different in price to another.Had an misunderstanding about my question. Once that was sorted, I was not given the information I was looking for. So I said I would have to go away do some research. That's when the sales person came across as if I was wasting his time.Sorry, it might be that he was just very busy.But, if am buying something between $300 and $500 and crucial for performance of the car. I do not see why I cannot ask questions to find out a bit more information about the parts I am trying to buy.The dilemma now is do I take my business elsewhere having had good service in the passed??? The fact I am writing this review must have left a bad impression or at least a disappointed customer. :-(
