Gabriel and the team took on the repairs on the family Mustang. They could not have done enough for us to get the car back better than what it was was prior to the accident. They went over and beyond without any hesitation. Endless communication. All the workers never hesitated to please, they just did it and willingly. Even with the heavy workload they have, they always took the time to stop and go over the progress with me. Highly recommended. We are so grateful to Gab and the team. The staff at Double J are always so accommodating and I'm always really happy with the work they do. Whether it's a service or major repairs from an accident, they go above and beyond to ensure my car is in top shape. I wouldn't go anywhere else or trust anyone else to fix and maintain my car and I will always choose my own repairer in an accident because I know Double J will actually repair it properly.

In April 2021 I was involved in an incident where the other driver was at fault. From the moment our car was towed to the yard after a crash, we were assisted by the Double J team right from the start. They guided us through the whole process and provided us with informed advice on how to proceed with getting our repairs rolling. They broke everything down and were prompt in their updates on our car as well. Although it was a long process to go through with the constant push back from the other party's insurance company - they really held our hand and helped us get back on to our feet, so much so that our car returned to us better than its original state. The staff are all friendly, service was great but what I appreciated the most was that there was absolutely no shortcuts in the repairs. I would like to thank the whole double J team from the bottom of my heart. 2021 was an incredibly rough year for our family even without taking this issue into account and I thank God that your team was the one that came to our assistance! Double J has been my preferred repairer for over 20 years! Gabriel & his team are very professional, considerate, honest and love what they do. It’s a family business and they have always looked after me, not just as a loyal customer, but as though I am part of their family. It has been such a pleasure handing my cars over the years in their care. They are very customer centric and have a can do attitude and flexibility across prices and other service inclusions (incl curtesy car where possible). Will always place my trust & cars with them.

I generally never write reviews, but good work needs to be recognised.I got into a bit of a nasty ding a couple of months ago. My friend referred me to Gabriel and his team. I was totally blown away.Gabriel was the easiest bloke to work with. He made sure to brief me about all work to be carried out and kept me posted throughout the whole process.The car came back looking flawless. You can see that they really care about their work and their cars.Highly recommend giving Gabriel a call if you're looking for a good smash repairer. You won't regret it.

These guys are 100% professional, polite, and accomodating. They walked me through the whole process, hooked me up with a rental car, and even talked to the insurance company with me to make sure everything was good to go. Couldn’t recommend them more.
