Amazing place, newly opened and I’m excited to come back.My friends who live in the newly built complex have raved about this place for the past week and we went last night (2nd December) and it was amazing!The menu had a great variety it was hard to choose, but I settled on arancini balls for my entree (4) which came coated in a delicious sauce with a lovely dip underneath each.For my main I couldn’t resist the slow cooked ribs on the menu, they were perfect with a kick of spice.Friendly staff and great serviceWill definitely bring the relatives and rave to more friends about this amazing new pub venue.••••••••••••••••••••Visited again Saturday 5th of DecemberLoved it so much couldn’t stop thinking about it was able to squeeze into tonight for a feed and it was once again fantastic having Garlic bread & Chicken Schnitzel with Veg and Salad , gravy and a side of mash.Mash was delicious and creamyDefinitely looking forward to returning and eating my way through the menu over 2021

Sunday afternoon well spent. Our party of 8 enjoyed a delicious ‘pub style’ lunch and stayed on for beers by the fire. The publican provided exceptional service and made us all feel very welcome. The place was even very accommodating for a busy 2 year old! We will definitely be back to enjoy this great little place in Amaroo.

Very welcoming, and after one whiskey sour you’ll probably feel like part of the furniture. This is a family-friendly gastro-pub with a Caledonian theme which seems deeply authentic. The kichen offerings are a little less fancy between lunch & dinner, but the kitchen doesn't close, which is awesome if you are looking for a late lunch.

My partner and I have been to Stonehouse a few times now.This is our go-to spot when we’re craving some good old fashioned pub food. Quality and portion size is top notch. Always very consistent - both service and their food.Our usual order:- garlic and herb bread- sun-dried tomato pesto pasta- steak cut chips- cider/ lemon lime bittersThe chips at Stonehouse is amazing, very generous on the seasoning and crispy every single time. I love their chips.Tip: dip your garlic bread into the pasta to soak up any excess pesto, so scrumptious!We usually go halves on the pasta, and its the perfect portion for us. I don’t think we’ve ever left Stonehouse with leftovers, but also never feeling overly stuffed.

A pint and a parma. Pleasant surroundings. Sports on screens. Great place to hang out if there is a game to watch. I really like the selection of Southern Highland Brewing selections. Photo is from Steak Night Mondays.

Food is good. Price is reasonable. Staff are lovely and there is a good atmosphere. Standard pub food. Looking forward to trying their breakfast menu at some stage.

Have had food here a few times now and they've all been pretty good. The staff are polite and the service is great as well. The prices are on the slightly more expensive side though. There are indoor and outdoor seating and they are doggo friendly outside. There are heaters outside.

Wow, had a great first dining experience at Stonehouse Amaroo. The food, service and atmosphere were excellent. Definitely worth dining at.
