Long queue in the morning. Waited 30mins before getting into their door. Why? They let people cut in. Poor management very low standard wasting everyones time

I'm sitting here waiting for my turn patiently. This pathologist(A....a) is incredibly slow. There were 4 people before me and the pathologist said it will take 20min but it's been at least 40min. She takes 3-5mins to come out of the room when the patient leaves. Now we have a long line of patients waiting for their turn. The lady before me waited for almost an hour. Very irresponsible!

Friendly, efficient staff. I had about a twenty minute wait, but there were a few of us waiting, so that's to be expected.

poor service for immigrants who have language barrier. We want you to know that we do deserve health service which we pay for. Very rude and being unhelpful over phone just cause of language. Imagine if you and your family were lived in overseas. how is that?such bad service at reception. poor.

I recommend booking an appointment as there are shocking wait times. Service was great, really friendly staff
