i received the best customer service from Letitia last night after a dress i ordered online (from a different company) didn’t work for an event i’m attending interstate. as it was very last minute, i arrived at the store 15 minutes before closing and Letitia tried her absolute hardest to find me the perfect dress in my size. unfortunately this store did not have my size however she provided me the product code so i can contact local Ally stores once u arrive interstate. Nothing was too much trouble and it was all done with a smile. i’d hire her in a heartbeat if she applied at my establishment. thank you Letitia (i hope i spelt your name correctly)

My husband and I felt that the young lady working the register had poor customer service skills whenwe recently visited this store. She seemed like she wasn't interested in helping us exchange some clothing and made us feel like an inconvenience.We left feeling disappointed.Very nice clothes, poor customer service.

False advertising and they don't honour their advertisements. The $20 and under rack had items that were $24.99 and even $39.99 (not just single items, a whole bunch placed incorrectly by their staff) but according to the manager she wont reduce the prices to what they are advertised and lied saying there is fine print of *conditions apply* which there was not.I will be putting a formal complaint in about the store manager as she is also incredibly rude. I returned everything I bought from there and will not be shopping there again. I feel sorry for all the staff having to work with her.

I recently contacted this store asking if they had any Hippy pants and the assistant said that she had no idea what I meant by Hippy pants. I then drove to this store as the local Ally store recently closed permanently. All I can say is... don't waste your time!

I have never visited this store and felt that the staff genuinely wanted me there. They fix displays and chat loudly rather than offering their assistance. Their one saving grace is cute clothes.

Absolutely disgusting staff!!! Terrible attitude, disgusting customer service. Honestly just disgusted and blown away by the level and lack of care and respect put into customers at this place. Don't shop here!!!!

I was disappointed with this store during my recent visit. I bought a few items and once I had paid, the lady at the checkout handed me my items. I asked for a bag and she only then advised me that she had ran out of bags. Its not a big deal however it wasn't good customer service. Would have been nice if she had told me instead of waiting for me to ask and awkwardly walking out of the store with a handful of clothes.

The women serving in the afternoon at 16.50pm on 19th of July 2021 refused a return even when the policy clearly says i could return it. I have done this kind of return before (size to big) with other Ally stores (they usally issued me with credits with in store). But this woman asked me to directly buy something in the shop there and then or nothing at all, no return, no credit. When i asked how come the ally website allows return, but she cant, shw said she got email stating she could not accept return. Iasked her to prove that too me. She said it was her personal thing and she could not share. Horrible service also with a very cold uncaring attitude.W
