Jess and Basim are really friendly and helpful to me. If there us any issue they will fix it the very next day and they go out of there ways to fix any issues. The most professional and courteous consultants and i considerate myself lucky to deal with them.

Staff are rude and inconsistent; they never take into consideration your availabilities, and send job opportunities way outside of your availabilities and shift preference. Never paid on time. Pay always comes in late; they say that your timesheets get approved on Monday and then your payslip is sent to you Wednesday afternoon to be paid into your account Wednesday night. However I have been late on so many occasions, once I got paid two weeks late, because there was an “issue with the timesheet”. It has gotten to the point where I have been late on rent at least 5 times only because I haven’t been paid when I’m meant to be paid. Staff don’t communicate to each other, so I find myself having to tell Kylie and then Jason and Naomi the same story. Would not recommend this employment agency at all. Very incompetent.
