We received a surprise gift on my child’s 2nd BD from all the way USA. The gift came with a yummy fruits cake, lovely flowers and a teddy bear. The items were selected with care and the delivery was smooth. I recommend this service to anyone who likes to deliver presents to friends or family on a special occasions.

Cake ordered for Christmas Day delivery. Still not been delivered. Company claim cake delivered 24/12 “around 5pm” to the front step. My friend has perimeter security and would have been alerted and the courier caught on camera. I’ve asked for proof of delivery several times and now my emails are being ignored. None of the emails have an auto signature so impossible to tell who sent it. Which seems suspicious. Cake allegedly delivered a day early which seems suspicious. Confirmation email advised that I’d be notified once delivery was complete and I wasn’t which seems suspicious. Beginning to think it’s a scam. Avoid this company at all costs.

My parents ordered flowers and cake from gift delivery australia and the experience has been amazing. Nitin personally made sure everything reached on time and in exact condition as shown in the website. I would highly recommend this shop. I'd highly recommend their service based on their quality and thoughtfulness. They were patient to wait for me to collect my delivery as I was stuck in some work when they arrived for delivering. The quality of goods was also splendid. The flowers were beautiful.

This is the second time I used Giftdeliveryaustralia for delivering cake for my son's bday. I used midnight delivery service but they delivered it an hour before midnight. Had ordered eggless option this time and my son said it's overall good but gives too much coconut flavour to the cake and in cream also

Total disappointment we with the company. I sent a gift from intestate and never received the confirmation of my order. They delivered the order, but was not what I paid for; the presentation, products and amount was 100% different to what I paid for and no card was included. If you want to be sure of what the other person will receive, do not use this company.

BEWARE. I have recently had a very bad experience with this company. I ordered a gift of a cake and flowers to be delivered to my Mother for Mother’s Day in regional Victoria. Part of the gift was a bouquet of roses but what was sent was a cheap looking bunch of chrysanthemums which was embarrassing. I contacted the business three times over the next few days to inquire as to what happened and received no reply. I have now had contact with them via the online chat platform on the website and after asking for a reasonable refund I was refused and offered an amount I felt was not acceptable. I was told the amount offered to me was all they could do as the item was out of stock and they had had to hire a special driver as they don’t have drivers in the area. When I challenged this as false and misleading advertising I was accused on blackmailing the business so I have subsequently lodged a complaint via Consumer Affairs Victoria.

This is actually a horrible service. I should've read the Facebook reviews before buying it from this place. I placed the order a week before, hoping that at the VERY least, they wouldn't post the gift the DAY BEFORE of the delivery date (knowing well that is to be expected delay in delivery). Customer service was horrible too

Don't waste your time. I placed an order and was never told that the supplier in Ballina is no longer operating. I did not receive a notification, I had to chase the company to be told we are sorry for inconvenience, refund will be processed in 5-7 working days. They did not provide a refund and are virtually non contactable, unable to get through via phone, live chat or email. They were quite efficient to take my money and say nothing knowing someone was not going to receive their gift. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
