Fine if you want to supply them the big dollars with big hours but if you want a little help, you have to continuously chase them up for services in the Swan Hill area. I tried for a very long time to get a regular support worker but was fed constant empty promises and to add insult to injury, management wont contact you to help with grievances, they expect you to chase them up and beg. They avoid any difficult situations by just threatening to block you or passing messages through employees.
