O'Neills Tyre & Autocare Belmont

Oneils replaced my spare with a nice tyre for a good price after a patch wasn't possible. When I got home to remount the spare I noticed it has a massive amount of damage. The car is 1yo and has no damage except for what Oneils have carelessly done.If you care about your car go elsewhere. I spent a lot of money and have a lot of care for my car and needed a quick patch near home. I did not expect the rim would be treated with such disrespect followed by a quick ushering out of the office to leave before I noticed. No integrity or accountability.2 weeks later and still no communication of any kind. Do not take your car or wheels here.

Ive just had my car checked over for any issues as I'm going away [finally free from lock downs]. They were kind enough to explain to me at length the problem that had existed for ages in my car , other mechanics had not been able to find it. So pleased with their service , thoroughly recommend the team there.

Had my 4wd and my wife's car sorted a few weeks ago. 8 new treads + wheel alignments at a great price, rocked up unannounced whilst working around the corner. Quick & Unreal service couldn't be happier.

Impressive prices and front desk, but disappointing service at times. The price was competitive and the man that managed the telephone booking was well-mannered and professional. So too the lady on the front desk. A pleasant experience up-front.But when it came to the workshop experience, I was less impressed. Inaccurate paperwork and then some fundamentally flawed information about my vehicle. Hopefully they're not giving other customers the wrong information too.I look to mechanics and vehicle service providers to give me the expertise on my vehicle. I know very little about cars, so I seek out people I trust. Trust takes time to build. I left a bit annoyed and somewhat skeptical when the information given to the customer is clearly wrong and it is communicated in a bit of a condescending way.Follow-up 9/12 - Follow-up call from the manager of this business in response to a negative" review of only three stars out of five. The manager said he did not understand the problem with giving me incorrect information about my vehicle and adjusting it in accordance with that flawed understanding. He said they couldn't be expected to know how every car worked. If that is the case

Great service and friendly knowledgable staff

Was my go to tyre shop for the past 20 years. No longer managed by the same great team. Service 0️⃣ and communication 0️⃣.Charged twice for a wheel alignment and balance and told I didn’t know what I was talking about. Went to Caves Beach tyre centre and for less then half the price the gentleman had my vex hi cal driving like brand new again with 20min.O’neills are not what they used to be, they are now under skilled labour hire.

We discovered a flat tyre on the way out of town at 4pm on a Friday afternoon. Called ahead to O’Neills and they serviced us straight up even though they were really busy. $40 and 15 minute turnaround. These guys are awesome and I love them.
