Writing on behalf of my elderly father George, who was extremely pleased with the excellent service provided by your staff. The quality of the suit he purchased was absolutely beautiful. He felt like a million bucks! Guaranteed outstanding service with fantastic suits!

Staff helped me with sizes as I have lost a lot of weight. Made me feel comfortable in my own skin and advised me on style and choices without forcing an opinion on me. Good old fashioned service. They also gave me information on hospitality establishments in the general area.

I will always cherish the most helpful staff at MSU who helped me to choose the best suit ever for my wedding when I wasn't sure of what suited me the most. Will refer myself and friends to MSU for the beautiful shopping experience.

The staff at Men's Suit Warehouse were incredibly helpful, especially Mark from the city store. My son is 6'7 and lean. Mark fitted the suit and organised for the suit to be adjusted and delivered to the Moorabbin store for us to collect. Amazing service and great selection of suits. Highly recommend. Lucinda

Originally booked into the moorabbin store to select a colour for suits for our wedding. We had plannedd to get them tailor-made at another store but partner very quickly fell in love with a suit.The suits themselves AMAZING great quality. Good price.Service is very very poor. Had an appointment and walked in at same time as another group and got told to wait until they serviced them firstA lady who I haven't seen since our first consult. Put my partner in chinos that were a horrible yellow/cream with a navy jackey when really they should have been a silver/white chino.She wasn't listening to what we wanted.She then asked for a deposit and didn't take notes clearly as we had problems later..I left feeling uncomfortable and stressed and went back the next day with bridesmaids dresses and sister concerned the colour wasn't right.We got another employee Kosta (who is the bees knees!! We love him) he gave us a much better experience.He entered all the information into the system and organised the boys.Boys were very happy and we changed the colour of the chinos to our original wants the silver.We went back 8 weeks later to pick up the suits and there were new staff.Took some fluffing about and then they grabbed the shirts from the shelves - after almost forgetting to pack them.We got home and got the boys to try on the suits to be sure.Turns out the were the wrong style shirts.Drove back and picked up the right style and their suggested sizing based on how the wrong ones fit. Drove back home only to find they also didn't fit the next day.Had to get all the boys back into the store to fit them again 2 weeks out from wedding.Bloody ridiculous all because someone didn't read the information..Great potential, but more attention to detail and care in noting down sizes needs to be had. Also.. I know walks in are great.. but if someone books an appointment, don't push them back to service a walk in..Need more people like Kosta.Wouldn't recommend for bridal parties super messy.Maybe 1 on 1s. Again suit quality great. Processes and systems need Improving. The boys experience wasn't enjoyable nor was mine...

Great experience buying a suit for a wedding. Blake and Sara are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in advising men which suit best fits their body type ensuring a great fit, even before tailoring. Fast turnaround on alterations as well. Very happy and impressed guys!

Great service, Costa was knowledgeable, recommended the prefect option and choose perfect sizing first time.Great value including minor alterations to pants length.

Walked in not really knowing what we needed or wanted and Costa greeted us at the door with his big smile and just made it all happen. So, so glad we stumbled across this little hidden gem. The variety of suits and accessories on offer were excellent however simply put we seriously could not have done this without Costa!! He is absolutely fabulous and just knows his stuff!! We will definitely be back for all of Marty’s clothes. Highly, highly recommend the Mens Suit Warehouse in Moorabbin!!

Sara was so helpful even though we turned up without an appointment. She was patient and got four of us fitted with different options. Overall a great experience and excellent customer service.
