Called the reception today to enquire if the after hours doctor does travel injections and if I could store the vaccinations in the fridge while I wait for the doctor after hours.The receptionist took my number and went above and beyond to get in contact with the manager and then called me back within minutes with a positive response!! Thanks so much to Broadmeadow Medical Centre.

I have been attending Broadmeadow Medical Centre since moving to Newcastle 4 years ago.The support and care here from the GPs and nursing staff in particular is wonderful.Dr Lauren Goode is my current GP, she is thorough in her assessment each appointment, considers all options and possibilities available and I always feel supported with a plan to improve my health after each visit.Thank you to all!

Dr Sait, very thorough yet efficient. Friendly and professional. Looks after the whole family (from kids to grandparents) never too long to wait. A great experience… There is always lots of people so you need to line up but there’s plenty of seats and areas to wait (not over crowded) thanks team

Would leave no stars if possible. Reception staff were the rudest admin staff I have ever had contact with. Sarcastic, complaining, eye rolling, snapping answers to questions that weren’t even the questions being asked. It was quite unbelievable. I tried numerous times to encourage a more positive vibe but it was impossible. I asked another patient if they were always like that and she said they are always horrible. Wait time was ridiculous and the waiting room was filthy. We will never go back. Terrible environment for child patients. Avoid if you can. Must be a shocking work culture to be in everyday. Their staff retention must be awful. I don’t know how anyone could last in that environment.

I was in Australia on vacation and had an urgent issue which needed medical attention. I tried a pharmacy and had no luck. I tried a walk in medical group and they were booked up for weeks. I then went to Broadmeadow Medical Center. Fiona was at the desk and asked how she could help. I requested an appointment with a doctor and she told me that they were booked for days. When I explained my situation Fiona went into the back room and discussed my predicament with someone. She came out and told me that she was able to find a cancellation and a time for me to see a doctor that afternoon.I was so grateful - Fiona went well above and beyond her duties to help me. She was wonderful, and so friendly and welcoming to me as a foreigner in her country. They are lucky to have her as an employee. The other woman working at the desk was also very friendly.I was also very impressed with the doctor, Lauren Godde, who saw me. She was excellent - very caring- asked all the right questions and was extremely thorough and helpful. She also sent a follow up email the following Monday. . I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone.

I saw Dr. Murphy and she was amazing. This was my first time at the clinic and my experience from start to finish was highly professional and extremely positive. Highly recommend.

Dr. Rowley has been our family doctor for many years. Not only do we trust her implicitly as a wonderful doctor, but her level of commitment, warmth and care is second to none. Highly recommended. I was able to get appointment on day I phoned. The receptionstaff & nursing staff were very helpful & courteous. Appointment time was spot on. no waiting. Dr Jeff is lovely explained everything to me .so that I understood. In fact I'll be transferring my medical records to thisBroadmeadow practice. 10/10

Cannot speak highly enough of the centre’s receptionist staff. In a recent visit, I spoke with Kaz at reception. She went absolutely above and beyond helping me to book an appointment for a referral at another centre, ensuring I got one within a very tight timeframe and helping to ensure I got further paperwork back in a timely manner. I can’t thank her enough for her efforts and the experience I had with her at the centre.

I have been attending Broadmeadow Medical Centre for over 20 years. I continue to attend there for the sincere, genuine care and support from the Doctors. During the unexpected Covid period, they were attentive and helpful. I am grateful to Doctor Rowley.
