+ Good stock of plants+ Decent prices on pots, potting mix, fertiliser, amendments, mulch, etc- Needier plants are less well kept/unhealthySome members of staff aren't probably as bubbly as other reviewers describe but are actually very helpful if you approach them.

I took my elderly relative here today for mother's Day outing and at almost 80 she is a little slow walking. As she shuffled through an empty car space with me by her side we were rudely yelled at by an employee to keep moving please" as a car had just entered the carpark and wanted the park we were walking through. The driver seemed happy enough to wait 30 seconds...I can't understand why the employee couldn't. Needless to say I left without spending a cent. Show some respect for the elderly!"

Well priced.Good deals for pots.Nice plants and can be cheaper than Bunnings.Customer service can be an issues sometimes. They can be bit rude but it don't stop me giving 5 stars. Probably they deserve 4.5 starts due to customer service.

What a rude experience. No hello or acknowledgement from the man, barely made eye contact except for when driving out of the parking lot empty-handed. Because the only interaction we had from him was, when showing our daughters the windchimes, he bluntly told us not to touch them. I won't be going back.
