So this guy quotes $1300 to install a dishwasher, just labour, just a dishwasher, no extra plumbing, plug in tap connected, when it is offered to be done by good guys for $140, and we don't need a plumber to do it.... real estate agent so he thinks he can rip people off. And then when we didn't accept the quote, sends a bill out for writing up the quote. Get to know these terms - offer and acceptance. See you in small claims.

My estate agent had engaged OnTap Wangara to check a leak in my rental property and repair it. I was present at the property and the plumber did a good job and carried out the repairs. I have no issues with the work done but what surprised me is when they charged me for 2 men instead of one when it was clearly a one man job. Looks like they are charging me for a trainee who was being trained on the job. If anyone wants to use them, I suggest they make sure ahead of time what the charges will be.

Had Sam from On Tap Plumbing come around and replace a toilet. On time, courteous and did a first class job. If the rest of the team are on a par with Sam, the I thoroughly recommend On Tap Plumbing and Gas.

I contacted On Tap Plumbing & Gas as I needed a water supply run to my reticulation system. They were able to complete the work the next business day and were excellent to deal with from the point of my enquiry. I will be using On Tap for any future plumbing that I may require and have referred family & friends to use there services also.
