My husband landed on Urban Physiotherapy after conducting an extensive research on the best physiotherapist in the area. Not only is Chris extremely knowledgeable, he is also friendly and engaging, keeping his clients informed and updated along the way. Unlike many other companies, Chris takes his time throughout the consult, explaining the process and never rushing. Chris was even kind enough to offer me to take home, the use of one of his equipment without charging a fee which is unheard of. Would highly recommend Chris and his team at Urban Physiotherapy!

This place was recommended to me by a collague. I had massive back pain only at night after a few hours of lying down. I went to a Chiropractor, went to a doc, did blood test and x-rays without any conclusion on what's wrong.I then went to see Chris and he did an amazing job at fixing my back. Turns out it was muscle related. He gave me some exercises to do at home which helped also. After my first session, I could sleep again the whole night without pain killers. After my second session I had barely any pain left.Lastly, the entire team is really friendly including at reception.Highly recommend them and will be happy to come back if needed.

Stubbled across these guys based on where I work (which is the same building) however did a bit of research and based on what I saw, it definitely fit my requirements for a physio given they also offer a bike fit service which I'll use once I get my new bike however staff were friendly upon booking, very welcoming.E-Young was thorough and did an amazing job at targeting the issues I had based on what I told him, he listened and the whole experience felt very professional. It never felt like I was just a number to them and explained everything in a simple way to understand. Can't fault this experience.

Chris is a fantastic Physio - from the onset we had a plan in place and Chris explained where exactly my pain was stemming from, why it was occurring and the plan forward to not only alleviate it but also place steps in to ensure that it doesn't happen in the future. The customer service is top class - single origin coffee was the cherry on top :)

Very clean, well represented and reception is so lovely and helpful. I had my second visit with Chris and had a great experience both times. He is very easy going and knowledgeable and explains each step of treatment to make sure you understand the process. Highly recommend!!

Christopher has not only proved to be a trusted professional in his field by providing results, but also has a genuine care for his clients. Dealing with all your wants, needs and concerns! The clinic is always clean and the environment is friendly also.

Wonderful experience! I injured my knee several weeks ago and Chris helped me from the get go. Now I’m able to properly walk again and I couldn’t be more stoked. Great customer service as well and very nice clinic so would highly recommend.

I had a fantastic experience with Luca and E-young I have had an ongoing ankle issue which has left me in a boot and crutches for weeks but no real idea as to how long i would be in this position. I felt welcomed and supported by the staff from the minute I arrived. They listened to my concerns, assessed my injury, and gave me a direction on what are the best next steps for me.They were also great at explaining the reason I have certain pains and giving me detailed explanations on why and what was causing it.Overall, I had a great first experience and would highly recommend it to anyone in need of physiotherapy.
