I could not speak highly enough of the staff and service received. Matt and his team went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations by far.The team here have completed a major task of a complete engine swap with all requirements completed in a professional manor and to top that off they stand by their work and provided follow up services to ensure the warranty stands up for the works completed.All future mechanical works my my family and I will be done here and I would highly recommend everyone do the same.

Couldn't speak more highly of Matt and the team at Karnup. Fantastic service, both professional and personal. I was going to another Auto Masters store but was very disillusioned with their prices and the level of care. Matt went above and beyond and really looked after me. Very, very happy. Thanks Matt!

I went to the guy’s for some advice and guidance on my car they explained the best course of action to take and how important it was (timing belt).They then booked the car in asap to underline how critical this was.Picked the car up last night. Couldn’t be happier.Your dealing with real people who make what potentially could be a big problem into a small problem.Through advice and good old fashioned personal service.I’d strongly recommend you give them a go.

Awesome crew, super understanding and accommodating, my car went in driving like Mr Beans car and came out like Lightning McQueen!Nah in all seriousness these guys are awesome and definitely recommend. Manager Matt is a top bloke and really cares about his customers which I cannot appreciate enough :)

We cannot thank Matt and the team enough for squeezing our car in for repair. We had an engine light come on and they fit us in the next day to check it out. After discussion he got it serviced and repaired the same day, working back to make sure the job was done, so that we weren't without our car as we need it for work. 100% recommend and will be back.

Matt and the team really went above and beyond for me today.I had a check engine light come on yesterday and they said drop by in the morning and we will check it out. After discussion he got it serviced and repaired the same day so I could get back to work asap...Very happy with their friendly demeanor and professional work ethic.100% recommend and will be back.
