One of the rudest customer service team members I’ve ever been served by. Threatened, bullied and yelled at myself because I wouldn’t give her my person details in which she for no reason needed. Wouldn’t let me pay until I gave them to her. Wouldn’t give me my receipt. Said it was her petrol station and she could do what she wanted.

Barbara is the rudest customer service person who tried to bully me as a customer because she didn't want to give a refund which I was entitled to. She cannot hold her tongue and even told me I was a bad mother when I said I had my disabled son in the car. Even when the Manager tried to step in she couldn't hold her tongue after I tried to point out her attitude because she simply didn't want to give me a refund and tried to bully me to leave by serving customers around me. I wanted her to call the cops because it was the principle and also the police would see what she was doing was simply wrong. She obviously has done this before and as an employer I would be wondering how many times she has done this to other customers. I will be contacting Caltex and putting in a complaint so that the owner becomes aware of the situation where it is just someones attitude where she created a hostile dangerous environment.

Chris (if that was the staff memebers name) was good!He was happy to help us try and find the fuel flap release when me and my partner couldn't, we both shared a laugh when we found it.It looks like a good team that works there.

Was always the cheapest fuel pre covid, now everywhere in geelong is cheaper.
