I had an unexpected situation and adopt a wild bird, only for a time of mending, and then release back to the wild. I spoke to a young lady about my situation, I want to provide the right and best feed for the bird. Once she knew what type of bird it was she put me in the right direction of a product that was appropriate for wild birds , and this was greatly appreciated.And then I had questions about my pet rabbits, and she was able to help me with this as well with certain products.

I’ve been to this store twice now, hoping on the second attempt they’d just be better. That didn’t happen. On my first visit I was completely ignored by two staff members having their own conversation (no hello, no eye contact, no offer of help), and on visit two the exact thing happened with approx 5 staff off the back of what appeared to be a team meeting. I don’t like a clingy salesperson, but come on. I literally had to walk through your group to leave the store, and not even at that point, after wondering the store searching for an item for 10 minutes, did anyone acknowledge I was there. I went to Petstock across the road and was greeted and served immediately.

The store has made improvements and has a comprehensive range.So valuable.When Bunnings goes into pet supplies in the near future it would sad to think pet supply stores will close there doors

Came in today to pick up some worming tablets for our other dog and we were greeted by KIM and her trainee. The lovely trainee was beautiful and even gave our dog some treats, although our dog who visited with us was a tad excited and overstimulated as there was kittens and lots of people. Kim thought it would a nice sentiment to constantly blurt out “your dog should be more mature by now” about 3 time’s actually. Then she scoffed at her age and breed. Learn how to people a people person kim. RUDE!

Staff member Greg helped us out with changing our dogs food & was extremely helpful & friendly & gave the best price possible. I would highly recommend going to Petbarn for all pets needs they are awesome
