I’m new to town and been to this hardware store many times over the past months.I dread it when I walk in and the lovely young man is not on front desk.The girl that works there has no customer service skills and can’t even say good morningHer attitude towards customers is disgusting pointing her fingers to direct you with no verbal words.This has upset me that much after this morning’s visit that I will no longer be going there.I would rather drive to Bunnings Bunbury where at least your greeted with a smile and a good morning or afternoon.If you need to put a sign up at your counter saying we won’t tolerate abuse there’s definitely something not right happening.

A particular female Staff worker has been rude on many occasions including following our supervised 2 year old around the store, my husband overheard a female colleague, encourage another colleague to follow my daughter and I so that we don't break anything..? We have been to this store several times, and my child has never broken anything and it would certainly be paid for should that happen, as it should..& Mind You we have spent a substantial amount of money at this store over the year. it was very uncomfortable, unesessary and rude. Management should invest for their staff a customer service and hospitality refresher to assist in proper etiquette.

Impressed by the newly expanded giftware range. Some really fun decorative pots. The plants are healthy. Plus, of course, the comprehensive range of hardware. Not just a sleepy small-town hardware store any more.

Super helpful hardware store. Great selection for a country store and they are very helpful. I've been coming here for 20 years, even when it was under the previous ownership of 'simpers'. The new owners have been there a long time now and have made incredible improvements and expansions to the store. I always go here for my hardware needs.

Much better than bunnings, but some product lines have to be ordered because they dont have the hugest selection. I get all of my pet supplies here. Highly recommended mostly because the staff are fantastic. Good deals on basic tools regularly.
