Thanks to Karen and David for creating such a wonderful atmosphere at our wedding. Karen was easy to deal with and new from the first meeting what kind of feel we wanted at our wedding. They are such hard workers and very adaptable to what is envisaged. Thank you for working through our covid postponement and making things easy. Much appreciated, we loved it.

Totally unprofessional, not prepared for event and mismanaged. I was highly disturbed with the lack of professionalism and blatant lack of empathy or willingness to fix anything that was required. Company is not across any covid safe rules and when asked for specific venue plans were not able to supply. I am even more disturbed to hear that this has happened to many other weddings and events they have mismanaged. BUYER BEWARE.

We were initially wrapped with Townsville Weddings and Events, Karen was very kind to us and seemed to be a perfect fit. However, after our 2nd meeting, we were told to expect a quote in 2 weeks. It has been 8 months, I have emailed multiple times and called to follow up. It was heartbreaking to let go of my dream venue. I won't be recommending.

The team at Townsville Wedding and Events did an amazing job pulling together our wedding. My husband and I had the most magical start to our marriage thanks to Karen’s keen attention to detail she made it very easy for us to enjoy our night. All of our guests complimented the set up and eating dinner under the stars was just magical. I loved that there was a contingency for weather and COVID-19 changes in alignment with government requirements. Karen was up to date with these which made it easy to be able to relay information to our guests. If I had to do it all again I wouldn’t hesitate in contacting Townsville Wedding and Events again.
