Wasnt happy with customer service...very welcoming when they are selling....very ignorant nd rude if u wanna exchange cause of some defect or Fault in bag.Same lady who sold me bag was busy organising bags on shelves, i waited and then was told she couldnt understand what i was saying.when i grabbed bag from shelf to compare very rudely she asked me to take that bag instead.Hate it when people imply as if customer is fool. Wouldnt recomment it .Ruined the mood of whole sunday shopping day.

This store has the most polite staff. I went in under a week ago and one of the staff here, Lynn or Lynnette was so patient and kind with me. 10/10 pleasant and inviting experience.

Staff were extremely rude when I requested to take home the floor stock I had taken up to the counter. They pushed for me to take home a bag from out the back that I hadn’t inspected and when I asked to take home the bag I’d chosen from the display the sales assistant rolled her eyes and let out a loud sigh. Customers should be entitled to leave with products they have inspected and paid for. Staff need to realise customers are key to the success of a business and I certainly won’t be returning.

I went in today looking for a wallet. The sales assistant was very helpful and friendly. The sales assistant advised me of the strandbags reward program. After signing up i purchased another item we found and it was at a great price. I would highly recommend the store as I received great service.

Rude staff. I couldn't get any attention from the girls... what an easy job..chatting to your colleagues all day and getting paid.. prefer to shop online

The store was once great with friendly staff. There must be a new manager (older woman with curly hair) who is rude, inconsiderate and really shouldn't be in retail. Lets say I didn't end up buying my luggage from there.

Beautiful store with amazing staff, so friendly and lovely. I had an issue with my bag and they made it so easy to get it sorted. Renee in particular is fantastic! Happy return customer, will definitely be going there for all my baggage needs.

In my opinion Totally no service. Shame on the Strand hanbags and Totally terrible behaviour by shop assistant in my opinion. Not interested in helping customers.

Without a doubt THE WORST shopping experiences I have ever had. I was accused of lying from the manager when I told her another shop would price matches an online shop that is 20 dollars cheaper she spoke down to me and made me feel horrible even after verifying what I said was true. She wouldn't help me in any way I asked for a refund and she wouldn't give me cash she forced me to put it onto my bank card.I now have to wait for it to clear so I can go purchase my sons school bag. He is without a schoolbag till my fund are cleared it is very upsetting.What an awful person
