Rob is extremely professional and offers a surprising amount of services. He’s not like other service shops which are very fixated and enforcing of their prices, Rob offers refurbished parts at a cheaper price which is what brought me to his shop, very satisfied.

Rob was fast and so helpful and able to fix my problem. My iphone 11 was flashing the apple symbol, wouldn’t turn on and I had been told previously by someone else the only way it could be fixed was to wipe everything off. It had not been backed up and no photos were saved to the cloud so that was not an option and I’m happy I didn’t get it wiped because Rob was able to fix it with all the data still on my phone! :)

Amazing service. Put my ipod through the washing machine and Rob discovered it only needed a new battery. Repaired and picked up within a week and very reasonably priced. 100% would use again.

He has fixed a few things for me over the years, always reliable. Also just did a PS4 fault diagnosis, and though he couldn't fix it, there was no charge for what would have taken quite a bit of time to investigate. And instead he told me how to get a pretty cheap replacement from Sony direct. Thank you.

I use iPD for all our company phones and iPads, we have relied on iPD to fix all types of issues, such as broken screens, faulty speakers, touch screens not working, ghost screens to name a few. Robyn has solved all my problems and i found his customer service amazing. If I was to give any negative feedback it would only be that he supports Man Utd, other than that I would highly recommend Robyn and iPD.

Ps4 pro repair: I accidentally ripped off my power supply cable from motherboard while trying to clean it myself. Rob fixed with no problem with 6 month’s warranty under decent price. Thanks heaps.

Timely and efficient service - fixed my Nintendo Switch for $110 which would have been cheaper than if I sent it to Nintendo themselves!

I went for a very simple pcb component swap and I was asked 80$ for something that wouldn't even take 5 minutes. He said it would take 5 minutes for him" as if it was rocket science. The guy even argued with me that it wasn't possible to do with hot air gun while my friend who is a hdd recovery professional and all the internet was saying it shouldbe done with hot air gun. I went to another phone repair place and they did it in 2 minutes with hot air gun without melting any plastic and they didn't even charge me for it as it was too simple.I won't recommend anyone as he is so greedy!Edit as reply: As an engineer I have used soldering iron and hot air gun more than enough to know how long it would take to do something like that. The idea of having an hourly rate of 1600 $ seemed arrogant for me. I would never conduct business with someone who is not kind enough to offer help for something small no matter how good they are."

The small LED light on my gear selector stopped working and I couldn’t find a replacement anywhere, Rob saved the day and changed out the unit. He was super friendly and priced the job fairly. I highly recommend for all electronic repairs.

Such a legend Rob is. He's fixed my laptop once before and it was an old computer. Once again he's managed to help me out once again with a new laptop after a bit of water damage. 100% visit Rob if you need your tech fix. He's always manages to help you out!
