Clear Skin House

I always look forward to my facials with Nikee and have seen my skin noticeably improve with less intense break outs. I have had the deep clean and clear facial and the signature cosmedix facial most recently which I absolutely loved - the best my skin has been in a few years actually. I highly recommend clear skin house to anyone who is considering a treatment you will not regret it!

I made an online purchase a week ago and after paying for express shipping, my order has still not even been dispatched. I've tried to contact Clear Skin House via phone, the online chat box and email multiple times to no avail. I paid over $200 for my order and feel utterly scammed.

I had the Signature China Doll Facial, Neck, Decolletage with LED with Nikee!! I loved it so much! My skin is so soft smooth and glowing. She was so lovely and her service was amazing. Can’t wait to return to CSH.

Nikee is the best and I cannot recommend her enough - she is super knowledgeable and always makes me feel so comfortable. My skin is currently in the best condition it has been in years (if ever) after years of trying to get on top of it and trying a heap of different treatments and therapists in the past. I always look forward to my appointments with her because I know the results afterwards are always so great and it is always such a positive experience!!

I purchased an Aspect Skin Care Kit from the online store and when it arrived one of the serums was missing from the box. I have attempted to contact the store multiple times through multiple different avenues (the online chat box, the enquiries box, email and Instagram) and I am still waiting for a response over a week later. I'm hoping this can be rectified soon as I was happy overall with the price and shipping time.Edit: after posting the above review, I was contacted by Bryce who was very lovely on the phone and arranged for the missing product to be expressed shipped asap. Thanks for your help Bryce :)

Parcel was delayed for a week and found the issue with the AusPost's scanning App. CSH customer service went above & beyond to solve the issue. So far happy with the service.

Making my skin a priority was such a great decision, and I’m so glad I found Nikee at Clear Skin House to do it! Nikee is so knowledgeable and I have loved the results of every treatment and product she has suggested and provided. The space she has created is so beautiful and I always look forward to attending my appointments. My skin has never looked better and I wish I started sooner! Highly recommend!
