Best place for high end Building materials.One stop shop

I was there last week, Monday 24th October. They promote the possibility of getting a parking ticket if you need it for more than 2 hours. The long story short, this parking coupon, a young lady at the reception literally snatched out of my hands. She started asking me where I live, where I work and what I do here, it was so unexpected and rude. Is this normal? Maybe, this is a customer-centric strategy? Why to advertise a service you don't intend to provide? I think it's totally disrespectful to the customers. 1 star is the way too much for the service I got.UPDATE: Answering to your response @Home Base, this is not true at all what your welcome desk team memeber told you - I was not going to use public transport to another suburb for an appointment. Everything was quite the opposite. And of course, this is the first time I hear from you here about the fact that she wanted to register my car for the convenience of parking - a complete lie, she did not even mention this possibility.I had an appointment across the Salvado road and your welcome desk team member tried to accuse me of wanting to use public transport. She complained to me that many people do this and that she thinks that I am the same. But these are her fantasies, why she thinks she has the right to accuse me of this. I'm glad that your Welcome Desk Team Leader was satisfied with the result of the conversation. A snatched ticket and alleged accusations about which I had no idea, I'm happy that this is part of your customer-centric startegy and seemed you are proud of it. Good luck! I will not change my opinion and my review. Don't bother answering me again.

I only go to bunnings there which is better than the one near where I live

This place is amazing! We walked around for nearly 2 hours just checking everything out, such beautiful displays, great layouts! And a bath I can fit in straight legged!! For all you tall people out there this is the place to buy your bath! Absolutely loved it!

Best place in Perth for an all in one location of building suppliers and products

Some of the existing displays are great. Some areas were closed off for renovation, and not many people were on hand to discuss product. A great place to go to compare different products for home renovations or building ideas.
