Staff were pleasant, food was good. Every table was dirty some were filthy.The toilets were also disgusting.

first they messed up all 5 of our orders then we asked for them to re do it and they asked us to leave after we just asked them if they can re do it then after getting the food AGAIN 2/5 were messed up at this point we were very angry and wanted to leave they re did our order and finally got it right but i saw others waiting at the counter for over 15 minutes completely unacceptable for a “fast food” restaurant.Then after getting our food and eating we went into the the playground and for no reason my black friend got kicked out for no reason i’m not sure why but we were just watching our kids have fun while we sat down and relaxed for once

Staff are amazing,make this branch special ,fast food place still you could enjoy a cup of coffee though.

Meat was burnt and yet still cold. Large chips only half full and cold as well. 5 girls on front with only 2 guys in burger room all playing about and talking selfies with customer friends. Took 10 minutes to get meal with only 3 people waiting. Pretty poor!

Visited this location twice, both times they had run out of chocolate soft serve. Staff are slow and get things wrong a lot. On our first visit we ordered a hot coffee and were given an iced coffee. Then they redid the order and got it wrong. On the third try they got it right but gave a large size instead of small as a sorry. Which was kind but really doesn’t work for coffee as it changes the coffee/milk ratios

Food was what one would expect from McDonalds.Service was what one would expect in the early morning in a country town.Atmosphere, and by this I include condition of the premises, this was downright dangerous. The floors had obviously just been cleaned, but the soap residue and early morning dampness made the floors extremely slippery. I would have considered it dangerous even if there was Slippery when wet" sign

Ordered a double quarter pounder waited 10 mins was handed a burnt black and I mean totally burnt bun which I then asked for a refund.Where is the quality control absolutely disgusted in their service,manners and would expect some common sense.Very bad McDonald's.
