Nikolai helped me develop some clarity of my career options and path. He also helped me remind myself of how important it is to stop and reflect and take one step at the time instead of just rushing towards the “goal”. Coaching is for everyone regardless if you’re already successful and have have your life lined up or not. There’s always room to grow, and having a coach by your side makes the road a bit easier mentally!

I was Nic’s footcall coach sone years back and he got in contact about his new project after studying in Australia.I felt straight away after our first meeting at my current club (I am Head Coach) Flint Tønsberg that Nic can help my players.The mental frame work that Nic is talking about is an area I am hugely interested in and I know from personal experiences and experiences of 25 years in pro level football that getting this right surpasses talent in many ways.
