I just bought and paid for a TV . Had to collect it from warehouse and was told there they made a mistake with my invoice. What!!! Returned to shop front to rectify only to return to warehouse to find they don’t even have the TV. Insulting and very poor service. Had to wait over 30 mins for this so-called service. Went to JBHifi instead.

I think the staff here are outstanding and back by a great manager. We have pretty much purchased all our house appliances here. We always get the best price and better if we find a better one. I’ve returned things and been treated fairly.I’d highly recommend.

I was promised and confirmed that my goods were to be delivered on Saturday. I waited whole morning and noon and there was no sign of delivery trucks and phone call in sight. Made a call to confirm this and all I heard after putting me on hold for 1 hour from the Good Guys is, “it will be delivered on Sunday instead”. Terrible coordination between internal departments from this organisation and inconsiderate. It’s just a shame to see such awful events that can happen in this type of organisation within Australia. The price we pay for these goods does not at all reflect to what has been provided.

Tried to sell me a used product as new. Buying a water filter machine. When I opened it at the counter it has dust in the reserva and the staff was trying to argue it’s new. When I opened the lid water dropped out he had to admit it was used. The machine was unwrapped, water filter unwrapped and installed, water left in reserva, not sure what kind of people will think it’s unused and try to sell it to a customer. New shop here again.

Bought a dishwasher here and was told it was backordered. Waited a total of 6 weeks and still nothing. Called 4 times over the 6 weeks after the 4th week of waiting and they said they would check with merchandising and get back to me, they NEVER DID each time. All this while, they are still selling the same item online.Today we walked in and demanded to know what was going on. Lo and behold there's one magically at the warehouse! And only at that point, they tried to see if they could organise something to let us have it. Nothing would have been done if we hadn't gone in.I'll NEVER buy anything that's backordered from the Good Guys again. You won't ever hear back from the store, ordering department or merchandising department. I was even told they can't call merchandising and only can send emails and wait for reply.... Then nobody ever does anything.Terrible system, terrible service with no follow up.

Salespersons are not as knowledgeable as we would like. It is a sale they are looking for rather than assisting us to make the best choice. We have also been let down for delivery twice and paying premium for installation. Once was delivering to the wrong address and another where the delivery driver advised he wasn't requested to install. And told us it is not his problem. Issue still hasn't been resolved.

Unprofessional customer service.After purchasing an ex-display model of a television late Sunday afternoon, no later than 4:30pm we were told three times it would be delivered the next day.I asked a few times to be sure as it was a public holiday the next day and was told that it would get packed up as soon as we left the door and set out for delivery the next day. The delivery date even specified that date on the electronic order confirmation.Spent the day waiting at home for the message we got told we'd receive with the delivery window and hadn't heard anything by 2pm, and spent 15 minutes on hold after we selected the phone prompt for the delivery department. After not having our call answered we hung up.Only just now after we called back today, we were told it would get sent out right now".We understand delays happen

Greeted by a staff member after being inside for 5 minutes or so with “and you guys are fine there too, right?”… and then another staff member came past 5 minutes later with “can I get someone to help you guys?”.Apparently no one here actually wants to help.
