Amazing customer service, replied straight away with a quote and availabilities and was able to book in within a week. Other businesses have not been getting back to us and we had been trying to get our unit installed for over a month - I couldn’t recommend this company more highly! They were knowledgeable, clean and tidy, efficient and punctual. We will use this company for all of our electrical needs now.

We were having drama's with our control panel in our RV roof top system. Called Mark he came out promptly to take a photo of the part we needed and charged us $110 call out fee, we gave him a couple of weeks to locate the part, taking into account there was flooding in the area, gave him a call just to find out we had been forget he said he would check his emails asap and get back to us as we only had another week before we left. Well after several unanswered calls we went ahead and located the part in a day and was being sent straight to us within a couple of days. Sorry about the bad review because you do seem like a great bloke but we have to call it on our experience.

The weather was warming up and the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) had issued a Heatwave warning. We were travelling to Airlie Beach when we found our caravan's air conditioning unit was not cooling.When I phoned Hummingbird Refrigeration, Electrical & Air Conditioning I spoke with Mark. I explained our dilemma and Mark said he could have a quick look early the next morning on his way to another job.As promised, Mark arrived on time and determined the air con's system was low on gas. Unfortunately he did not have the type of gas our unit needed and he would need to see if he could locate some for us.It was Friday and by mid Monday I was contacted by the Hummingbird's office with good news, they had located a supply of the gas we needed and Mark would be with me early the next day.Again, Mark arrived as promised with gas in hand and a happy smile. A short time later the caravan's air conditioner was pushing beautiful cool air.Thank you Mark. Thank you Hummingbird Refrigeration, Electrical & Air Conditioning. Despite your very busy schedule you squeezed us in and saved our holiday.We were strangers to the Proserpine/Airlie Beach region so did not know who to call to fix our air conditioner. Every business we contacted were fully booked with work for the next couple of months.
