Mattia is the person to go to if you want to learn all about the proper Italian style pizza.He is totally professional from the start of booking, throughout the class and even after service checking on the dough. Amazing experience! My whole family absolutely loved the masterclass. We had so much fun and the pizzas were the best I have tasted!! Mattia was so lovely and we learnt a lot. Mattia's Pizza catered my 30th Birthday and I couldn't be more pleased with the service.He was easy to communicate with, and was also able to set up and get pizza's out to the guests efficiently. It made catering for a crowd very easy!and most importantly, everyone was raving about the pizza!

We were lucky enough to book Mattia for our small wedding. He was so easy to deal with in the lead up to the event. On the day, he served the perfect amount of food & the food was fantastic. Everyone loved the antipasto & the beautiful pizzas. Mattia was so warm, friendly & kind. He even made us some beautiful off-menu woodoven breads to have in the evening, with a special off-menu funghi & truffle oil pizza. Mattia was so generous with his time; showing our guests how the pizzas were made & even inviting one of our guests to make his own! Which he loved! Mattia made the catering an unexpected fun addition to our day & we've been craving his pizzas since, as none have compared. We're hoping to book him for a masterclass some time in the future! Mattia catered for approx 100 people for a special family occasion. The pizzas were authentic and delicious.His team were extra friendly and Mattia was very accomodating and excellent to work with.

I Attended one of Mattia's master-class sessions and it was brilliant. Mattia taught us all aspects of pizza making (even sampled some delicious pizza) and I learnt lots of new tricks as someone who has been making pizzas for a few years.
