Just rang them about some products I thought they might have for me to purchase for a pool table. The person on the phone said Don't know what you are talking about you lost me and then hung up on me. So on the net I shall go to purchase what I need. Please train sales person in pool and snooker terminology if you are going to sell these item ie, rail cushions, felt clothe and stripsReally no stars from me.

Max is a unique person to deal but he can fix pinball machines and has them. These people that didn't have the patience to deal with him and left 1 star reviews and suggested you go elsewhere, well how did you go with that?? Not all business are like Bunnings - fortunately

I arrived at the outside of their place of business today as I wanted to know if I could buy some machine parts. The old fella that runs the joint is completely arrogant, unhelpful and dismissive. He wouldn't even let me in to see the shop front. A really bad attitude and maybe he has a reason, maybe a bad day. Maybe he's always like this and if so, doesn't deserve any of my hard earned money. The conversation ended in me telling him not to work too hard and he verbally ensured me he wouldn't.
