I've been dealing with the team at Kim's Realty for at least 10years, Mr Kim and his team have always offered the right advice in buying and selling the property's I have bought and sold, same with maintenance and after sales of property's, the best advice from myself is go in and meet the family run business they'll make you feel at home cheers

Do not respond to e-mails or phone calls.. Have made numerous requests to the agency for a copy of my ledger. Will be taking legal action next.Reviews by their own staff.

Worst agent ever, they only care about looking after themselves and shows no interest in you. I was a landlord and was unhappy to with previous tenant due to the state of my property. Kim's only wanted to avoid going to the tribunal and brushed everything off. I got into an argument with Mr Kim- the owner and was told I was wasting his time. Never again. DO NOT GO WITH THESE GUYS!

The team at Kim's Realty are very friendly. Whilst not always responsive, they are helpful. Unfortunately, I had a bad property management experience due to an ex tenant that damaged a number of fixtures in the property, which I will elaborate further below.Kim's Realty failed to perform periodic inspections during the tenancy period and the delay of the exit inspection caused a lot of unnecessary issues with the ex tenants. As a result, I was unable to list the unit in a timely manner and incurred potential rental loss.To clarify further, I had to check every repair and cleaning job that Kim's Realty organised because the results of some of the repairs and cleaning were not up to standard. For instance, as shown in the photos, the plumber that unblocked the drains broke the drain covers even though the drain covers could be opened easily with my hands.Furthermore, as the plumber could not replace one of the broken drain covers, they swapped the balcony drain cover with the broken one and stuck a drain cover that did not quite fit on top of the balcony drain using silicone. Kim's Realty did not check this, which is why I had to constantly follow up and make sure things were done properly with all the other repairs. After chasing up multiple times over many days, the plumber provided spare drain covers to replace the ones that were broken.The hassles and issues I dealt with could have been avoided if Kim's Realty performed at least ONE (1) periodic inspection during the tenancy.

Be carful people before you start business with them. Very dodgy real estate. They will make your life hard as much as they can.1) For rent increase minimum 60 days notice required in NSW but they give me 28 days notice. ( because they think they are above the law)2) They threatened me they will charge me $300 debt collection fees which is illegal to claim.( Real estate agent has been told off by NCAT Judge. They can not claim something like that)3) They will go very low to get money out of you.4) They never did inspection during my 15+ months stay. ( I am myself landlord in different state. I would have get rid of them long time ago)5) Their record keeping is very messy and will give you wrong amount in your rental record.6) My apartment was flooded by next door residents washing machine burst but no help from them nor they ever come check. No support. I was left along to deal with stinky floor.Because of theirs dodgy and poor practice I end up loosing my shift to make time for NCAT.My advice if you don’t want trouble in your life don’t go to them. Get help from Tenancy Union and report to Fairtrading.NSW. government.If anyone got question happy to answer please contact me.
