DO NOT USE YOUR COMPANY IF YOU WANT YOUR BOND BACK! Extremely disappointing service and customer service. We paid over $500 for cleaners who barely attempted to clean parts of our house. We raised our disappointment straight away and were told it would take 3 business days to investigate, despite us providing them photos of the damage and non-cleaned areas. There are marks on the carpet that were left by the cleaners, to which 365 cleaners tried to put the blame onto us. As a result, we are not going to meet the agents ‘cleaning’ criteria, which will result in further cost to us and potential delay of us moving out. Extremely disappointing service.

My partner has had the worst experience ever with this joke of a company. They made false promises on booking then come and do NOTHING! My partner made the error of leaving them at the property as I am pregnant and needed his help only to have them clearly leave after he did. After upping the price on arrival they then only wiped down benches (top only) did some cobwebs then left. The shower, oven and bathroom were NOT even touched. Steam cleaning not done. All was included in the quote. After complaining to the manager they are trying to stall for as much time as possible knowing he is meant to hand his keys in. This company STOLE $500. If you take money and don't do the job that is theft/a complete scam. All people involved should be charged and this business should be shut down. STAY AWAY!

Was really disappointed with our service. Cancelled my ‘end of lease booking’ the night before I had to be out, at 7pm and then when I explained the urgency of the matter said they found someone to complete the job. Multiple calls throughout the day the clean was scheduled assured me they were on their way. At 4pm we were advised no one was coming. Strongly recommend not going with this company if you have an urgent need for a clean, and need the plans made to be kept.

Worst cleaning & customer service!!The cleaner you sent yday didn't do a complete job as lot of spots are not cleaned to a professional level. He just finished the job soon and didnt do a thorough cleaning as you mentioned. The recleaning was never done except some false claims they ll send or arrange soon. No compensation was made, in spite of the owners arranged recleaning themselves.Please don't hire these folks, just sheer waste of money and sub-standard services.

The cleaning service provided a subpar job of cleaning the property, necessitating an additional two hours of cleaning on our part. Despite our efforts to point out various issues, they only addressed specific concerns and disregarded other noticeable scratches on the walls nearby. We were also disappointed to discover that their carpet cleaning service, which advertised stain removal, lacked the necessary equipment and only had a vacuum cleaner. When we mentioned this discrepancy, they deflected responsibility and suggested contacting the company directly for clarification on any other matters. It was necessary to closely supervise them at all times to ensure tasks were completed, yet we still struggled to achieve satisfactory results.

Worst cleaning company ever. Organised a bond back guarantee clean - Didn't attend when arranged because I couldn't answer the phone. Rearranged for next day - no calls nothing. They just didn't show up. Finally arranged again. Arrived before scheduled, charged me extra for some pet hair and then did a terrible job anyway. Carpets still have fur on them, vents weren't cleaned etc

Have you ever caught yourself thinking: “I can’t wait to get my bond back, guaranteed, once my place is clean”? Well, throw that thought in the bin because this place is not it. Their clause states that you have to complain within 3 days to get your money back - which won’t be enough time for the agent to make the report. This company is an absolute scam - don’t be fooled by the semi decent price because it’s money straight down the drain. They left our place (which was pretty clean when us tenants left it) WORSE than we started with, and we did not get our bond back because they couldn’t even do the most basic tasks like steam cleaning and tile cleaning, which we left to them. Pathetic excuse of a company which probably exists solely to launder money - ironically no laundering of our house was done. They bailed last minute, causing us to incur a late fee, they did a terrible job and made up extra charges like “stairs” and “big house” despite us stating we have stairs prior, and the property being a small townhouse. DO NOT USE THEM!!Absolutely disgusting company!We're currently taking legal action against them as they are refusing to give a partial refund for the extremely poor quality service they have provided. Regardless of their Terms and Conditions, IT IS UNLAWFUL TO REFUSE A REFUND due to poor quality service that is NOT WHAT THEY HAVE ADVERTISED!Correspondence with them is useless as it's just a copy and paste reply, saying that they have done their job with due care and skill" which is obviously a load of bull.Anyone who has had ANY dealings with them and have had similar negative outcomes due to their sham of a business should report them to Australia Consumer Law and Consumer Law Victoria as this is in no way any sort of "professional standard" or "service"I'm am absolutely disgusted in the treatment we have received from their customer service team in regards to the situation.This company is a joke"

Do not use this company, worst cleaners. They arrived 4hours later and did an actual 10-15mins of work, did not even complete the job! Many areas and parts of the job that they didn’t even attempt! Paid deposit and while the work is not even done, they insisted for full payment. The cleaners made sure I dont get enough time to check everything before they run out the door after payment. Disgusting company to rip off money from customers, bad attitude, poor service, poor quality. It is so obvious, many areas was still untouched not clean at all. We (leg pain, health conditions) end up had to spend 2 hours of our time and energy to clean after the cleaners. If you call to complain they make sure your number is block/ ignored to not response. Almost like they know the customer is calling to complain about the job, possibly every job. If you see 5stars rating it’s fake review.
