The people at TwoSisters (shoutout to Aly and Pauline) are incredibly nice and helpful; I ordered a dress which got lost during shipping and they were so kind as to replace it for free (with express shipping, I believe).The dress was exactly what I hoped - I was so sad to think I could have lost it and I'm so glad I messaged them about it. Great clothes provided by great people. :')

The Girls at the Label go above and beyond and their Customer Service is second to none. I brought my Wedding Dress from there website in April for our Elopement in May. The girls were super helpful answering my thousands of questions and helping me get my dress ontime to try on and make sure it was the one.The dress I chose was the Everleigh, it was Elegant and Beautiful whilst still being able to keep with a Casual Low Key Theme. The Lace sleeves and and the tie up back we a unique touch that I normally wouldn't chose but I'm so glad I did as it was Perfect. The dress was so comfortable and the fabric felt lovely. I felt amazing wearing it. The best part is I can always wear it again in the future if I chose too. I followed the website sizing guidelines lines and even though it put me in a different size to what I would usually buy it was a perfect fit. Highly Recommend.

The most wonderful garmets with exceptional customer service. Needed a dress by the end of the week and they went above and beyond to make sure that it was received. Priority dispatch, express shipping and received it the next day. Pauline from customer service was such a pleasure to deal with. A+++ can't wait to shop again soon!

I found this MOST FABULOUS boutique by sheer luck after conducting a GOOGLE search! Dresses are DIVINE and this gorgeous boutique has an enormous selection from which to choose! WE were most impressed with the formal selections AND the fantastic casual selections. From the very beginning when I contacted Nicole to make an appointment and explain our situation we received THE best professional customer care. Nicole is brilliant in every aspect of her job and we never felt pushed to buy OR rushed in any manner. The bride to be is Taiwanese and English is her second language, so Nicole offered an interpreter! WOW! Xuan entered the picture, was with us every step of the way in making selections, and was a most kind AND welcoming customer service representative! WE will spread the word.
